Horde Outland Leveling Guide

Joana's Horde Leveling Guide - The Best Horde WoW Leveling Guide

The creator of Joana's Horde Leveling guide goes by the name of Paul. He usually plays a female character named Joana or a male character named Mancow. Paul is a gamer who specializes in getting to the maximum level of a game in the shortest amount of time played. He has been first to level 60 in world of warcraft on at least 5 servers (before burning crusade came out) and has been first to 70-80 on a few servers (when BC and WOLK came out). While WOLK was in beta Paul manage to get 4 characters to level 80 including the new Death Knight class.

Paul made Joana's Horde Leveling guide to provide people with the fastest possible way to get to level 80 (as of WOLK). At first he provided people with a 1-12 starting area guide then moved into a 12-60 leveling guide and now he has made a 60-70 Outland guide and 70-80 Northrend guide.

The best thing about this guide is that it has an in-game leveling mod sort of like the Questhelper add-on. Everyone thinks that Questhelper is the best add-on for leveling until they meet this in-game leveling mod. This mod has the exact same steps as the PDF file version of the guide and has an arrow pointing you to each quest, NPC, and any other location/waypoint you are in the game. Another great thing about this mod is that when you log out it automatically brings up where you left off.

Joana's guide also has class guides and specs for leveling.

Trying out the Remote Auction House

20 Jun 2010 at 1:36am  Are you stuck in a boring meeting and want to know how your WoW auctions are doing? Feel like making some WoW gold while sitting on the bus? Blizzard has you covered!
In addition to the free Auction House browsing applications for iPhone and Android devices, Blizzard has recently introduced a subscription service that lets you bid on and create auctions right from your phone.
For 2.99 a month, subscribers can create auctions for items in their bank and character inventory, bid and buyout on existing auctions, collect gold from successful and expired auctions, and more.
I subscribed on my Android phone so I could check it out. Android users must download the app from the Android market; I found it easily by searching for “warcraft auction”. (Make sure you download the one from Blizzard.) iPhone/iPad/iPod users can get the app through iTunes.
It was easy to install and get running, and the interface is pretty intuitive. I was able to create auctions and bid on items without any problems. The only thing I didn’t like was having to type in my password each time I created an auction - kind of a pain on the little tiny keyboard on my Eris.

If you don’t want to pony up the 2.99 a month, you can download the free version of the software from iTunes or the Android market. This limited version allows you to browse the Auction House through the armory, but you cannot bid on or create auctions.
For more information on these programs, check out Blizzard's FAQ.
To subscribe to the Remote Auction House service, go here.
