Top 5 Wow Addons - Enhance your World of Warcraft Experience
World of warcraft is a great game by it's self but popular wow addons make it so much easier to complete routine tasks and enhance the game. There is probably an addon for just about anything you need done. I am going to be listing the most popular wow addons that I found save so much time and can't live without them, in no particular order:
1) AtlasLoot Enhanced - This add on is great, it allows you to see Boss Loot tables Ingame so you know exactly what each boss drops. It saves a lot of time if you are running your low level character through an instance, you can skip the bosses that don't drop anything you need and focus on the ones that do. It also comes in handy when looking for a group, you can skip the Instances that don't have the loot you want. When paired with Atlas Maps this is a must have addon.
2) Atlas Maps - NO more running around Instances lost, Atlas maps comes pack with every Ingame Instance map available. Use this with atlasLoot and you will know exactly where that boss is you need to kill for gear upgrades!
3) Auctioneer - It's more than just an auction addon it actually shows information for all items in the world of warcraft game. IT makes listing items for sale and even researching items so much faster!
4) Recount - This damage meter is a lot of fun to have. It shows who is putting out the most damage in your group, you can sort by DPS( damage per second) , Damage taken, healing done, over healing done and so much more. At least one person in every group I have been in has asked to see the damage meter results. Everybody wants to know who is on top! It makes Instances a lot more fun to compete for the top DPS spot.
5) HealBot - A must have for healing classes, it allows you to hotlink healing spells and buffs to your mouse pad all within one frame. It also monitors buffs and debuffs so you can keep on top of them a lot easier. It works for parties and raids.
This is by no means a complete list to the available wow addons but these are the ones I make sure I keep updated come patch time. If you are not using addons for world of warcraft you really are missing out.
